Dr. Kinslow has written a magnificent book about how you can use what he calls "Eufeeling" to enhance your life and your experience of life, no matter what kind of experience you're having.

As the subtitle states, it's a means of creating both inner peace and outer prosperity.

What You'll Learn
The process hinges around being able to experience Eufeeling, a calm state of presence, and much of the focus is on teaching you how to do that. It's a simple process, explained very well, and all you need to do is try it out and -- most likely -- to practice it.

If you will commit to practicing Eufeeling in your daily life, then this, in itself, will help you love your life, no matter what that consists of.

"Life is not about trying to see things in a positive light. Life is the positive light." ~ Eufeeling!

But you also learn how to apply Eufeeling to particular applications or intentions. There's a lot of excellent instruction about intention and what that means in this context. If you already practice some form of intention work, you may be surprised at Dr. Kinslow's suggestions. Exactly how you place intention is an important aspect of the process and this was one of my favorite sections.

"... We tenderly open our awareness to our [intention] and then watch as it gently kisses the surface of Pure Eufeeling. This is the magical moment, the flawless conception, when all of creation awakens to your desire." ~ Eufeeling!

Is that a breath-takingly beautiful quote, or what?!

The book then goes on to show you how to use it for specific applications, and not only for yourself, but for others. In particular, it covers emotional states, chronic illness, material wealth, and general problem solving.

He closes by beautifully elaborating on how and why our practicing such an art helps humanity in general. I agree with him that it's important, meaningful work and also that time is of the essence.

Enjoyable and Rewarding
I was happy to see that this book is very well written. As a former engineer (software), I very much appreciate this type of top-down approach, first giving us context, and then getting into detail.

The book is also well-ordered, starting with the basic concepts (which he makes it a point to clearly define -- very helpful), methodically building on them, and culminating with how to apply all that you've learned. There are exercises throughout so you are adept at each foundational step before you move on to applications that rely on them.

Dr. Kinslow is a master of analogy and metaphor. He has an impressive ability to make esoteric concepts easily accessible. I also appreciated his down-to-earth sense of humor that ran through the text like a luminous thread.

All-in-all, his engaging style makes for enjoyable and satisfying reading.

Yes, It Works!

As to the usefulness of what he teaches here: My experience is that it works!

I see this as a form of "consciousness technology" with similarities to Matrix Energetics as well as my own adapted process called Holographic Emergence(tm). The "philosophy" (i.e. understanding, art, and science) behind it is very similar to what I've been doing since 2007, so of course I personally took to it like a duck to water.

For someone already familiar with consciousness technologies, it will expand and enhance your practice. At the same time, he explains it all so beautifully that even a novice could pick it up immediately and see some remarkable results.

I did a lot of his exercises, applying them to real issues in my life, and I did see results. I'm still experimenting with it for all kinds of things, and it's more than satisfying ... it's fun!

Eufeeling! is Highly Recommended

I loved this book, and I highly recommend it. I honestly think everyone in the world could benefit from it and should read and practice it now! ;-)

If you play with these ideas and exercises like he suggests, I know you'll be amazed.

I just finished reading Eufeeling by Dr. Frank J. Kinslow and, yeah, just like it sounds, the title is so dumb to say that you really don't want to bring it up in conversation. However, it is conversation-worthy, so that's where we'll start. Dr. Kinslow is the “father” of Quantum Entrainment which is a process of achieving peace within yourself right in the middle of the chaos of everyday life. Luckily, you don't have to read all of his books on this subject in order to move into his new method of Eufeeling. He has devoted the first part of his book to briefly recapping this process to bring us all up to speed and ready to zoom into his new phase. And zoom we do, because once you begin practicing the simple exercises, you'll wish life would slow down long enough for you to catch your breath. I'm talking about the Good Life. Because all of those things that you've said you want will start to shift into place with the subtlety of Mother Earth on a Tectonic Plate rampage. Be ready. Be clear about what you want.
So, that's the technique. I wish I could rave so much about the actual mechanics of the book, but I found them about as interesting as a lengthy dissertation on the poor use of metaphors on blogposts. Luckily, the book is a clearly-formatted, easy-read. Devour-able in an afternoon. Anyone who is familiar with act of, and benefits of quieting your mind and going within could simply do the exercises laid out in each chapter and skip the dull prose entwined around them. Someone must have figured this out before the book hit the press, as they included a summation of Main Points at the end of each chapter. These bulleted recaps are also helpful, because the book is one that will endure in your personal library. The exercises contained within will ensure this status.
My recommendation to anyone...even the experienced meditator and self-help book devotee like me...try Eufeeling. Don't let the silly name stop you. Practice the exercises. Then, practice them again. Enjoy the feeling of peace that permeates your life. Then, from this state of peace, enjoy the experience of shaping your life into the work of art you've always known it can be.

Book Review: Eufeeling! The Art of Inner Peace and Outer Prosperity!

Since I am a novice to the Quantum Entrainment (QE) theory and technique and was interested in learning about a technique that would help me to reach a state of higher consciousness, I decided to read Dr. Kinslow’s Eufeeling! The Art of Inner Peace and Outer Prosperity!. The book is based on shifting one’s current perception to an effortless state of realization and actualization. If you are looking to learn to quiet your mind and actualize your dreams, Kinslow can help you achieve this with very little effort. He begins by describing the process as having to do nothing to get everything you want. To help understand this seemingly unbelievable and complex concept better, he uses examples from physics and nature. E.g., a drop of water falling effortlessly off of a leaf and into an ocean required no concentration, effort, or meditation. In order to fully appreciate the technique, you’ll have to abandon any prior understandings of the self and ego. As Kinslow points out, most of us are very consumed by functioning and striving to achieve in a world that relinquishes us to material acquisition and its pursuit without seeing beyond the object. The first few exercises help you focus on expanding or transcending human consciousness to a metaphysical level of perception.

In the first few chapters, Kinslow defines eufeeling (euphoric feeling), its state, the awareness required to experience it and how we can train ourselves to experience it over and over again. The exercises are easy and effective, but require some practice. I was unfamiliar with the QE technique before reading the book, so you don’t have to worry about being versed in it before you begin to see that it does work. As the book progresses, the theory became more explicable and relatively easy to apply. But it wasn’t till I got to the last 6 chapters of the book that I really got the full benefits of the technique. Once I did, though, I couldn’t stop being in absolute amazement of how my life changed simply because I did nothing and perceived everything. The brilliance in the technique is Kinslow’s 2 part system of intention: 1) it is the object and 2) the emotion attached to the object that makes it difficult for us to attain eufeeling. If you identify the negative emotion associated with your desired object, you will be able to rid yourself of the negative anxiety because you are able to see beyond the source of your pain. Once you master QE Intention, the world becomes boundless and you are able to see solutions that are all within your favor. Kinslow provides examples in all areas of life whether it be relieving anxiety to financial issues. An added benefit of the QE Intention technique is that you can also use it to help others. The chapter on chronic illness is devoted to teaching you the ways to apply it for someone else’s welfare.

Overall the book has great insights and the technique is easy to apply to any area of your life. It takes you to a higher level of consciousness, serenity, and functioning.

I became familiar with Dr. Kinslow's book last year through his Hay House Radio Show (www.hayhouseradio.com). On the show, he led listeners through the quantum entrainment process allowing them to easily and quickly connect with the inner calm that underlies the chaos in our lives. I have used this technique to teach myself how to meditate as well. I've tried for years to figure out a way to sit quietly for more than five minutes. With Dr. Kinslow's Eufeeling technique, I've been able to meditate once or twice a day without feeling antsy and distracted. In addition, I've used the healing techniques described in his first book, The Secret of Instant Healing, to benefit my own health as well as the health of others.

Dr. Kinslow's new book, The Art of Creating Inner Peace and Outer Prosperity is an interesting read. Toward the end of the book, Kinslow provides specific techniques for situations such as chronic illness, material wealth, and problem solving. I was interested to see that the techniques in this new book don't need to replace any existing practice - apparently, adding the quantum entrainment technique to those one already uses brings added benefit to the individual.

This is a great book for anyone interested in healing, more quickly attaining their goals, or learning how to stay calm during meditation or while standing in line at the grocery store. Feel free to reach out to me for any questions you may have about these techniques and how I've used them successfully in my own life!

“The Tao does nothing yet leaves nothing undone” verse thirty seven of the Tao Te Ching. This is a verse that I did not understand, until I read “Eufeeling! - The Art of Creating Inner Peace and Outer Prosperity” by Dr. Frank J. Kinslow. Do not be mistaken, this is not a book about the Tao Te Ching, but it is a book that does make many other lessons of great teachers a little more clear.

“Eufeeling!” initially feels like a book that is going to require a lot of attention and note taking, but a few chapters in you will find yourself reading effortlessly and experiencing one Oprah “Aha” moment after another. Throughout the book, Dr. Kinslow is reminding you that experiencing Eufeeling and Quantum Entrainment are easy. When I reached the end of the book I finally believed him, this is indeed easy, but I must admit it is at the end of the book when all of the pieces finally fall into place.

What is Eufeeling? “Eufeeling (euphoric feeling) is a perception of wholeness, of the first glimmering of awareness in the mind. The natural state of human awareness. Eufeeling is timeless and cannot die. The mind recognizes Eufeeling as pure peace, stillness, joy, compassion, love, bliss and so forth. The lens through which pure awareness creates. The foundation for QE Awareness. Eufeeling and Self are synonymous.” How do you experience Eufeeling? By doing nothing. Why do we need a book to teach us how to do nothing? Because the human mind has been trained to always work for inner peace, yet inner peace is not attained through hard work and Dr. Kinslow will make you a believer just as he has me.

I learn through action and I learn best when I can hear my teachers. Learning to do nothing wasn’t as easy for me as it might be for others so I found it helpful to listen to Dr. Kinslow on his Hay House radio show. Actually hearing him speak on the subject in conjunction with reading the book, made it a little easier for me to fully grasp the written lessons. This is not meant to say that the book isn’t clear but if you are like me, reading and following a set of instructions may not be as simple. If this is you do not fear, Dr. Kinslow has numerous resources to help you learn just how easy this really is and these resources are a great companion to the book.

“Eufeeling!” is not a book just about Eufeeling but also about Quantum Entrainment. Which comes first, Eufeeling or Quantum Entrainment? I believe the answer to that is Eufeeling and although Dr. Kinslow has written his prior books about Quantum Entrainment, I believe you will benefit more from reading ”Eufeeling!” first. It is my opinion that once you understand Eufeeling, Quantum Entrainment will come naturally to you.

This was a book that I didn’t want to put down quite simply because I could feel the power of the lessons I was learning as I allowed my own momentum to move me from one chapter to the next. Doing nothing is not sitting on the couch watching TV. You can only benefit from giving this book a chance and learning to watch your thoughts like a movie on a screen, moving yourself into your own Eufeeling.

I was not financially compensated for this post. I received the book from Hay House for review purposes. The opinions are completely my own based on my experience.

Enlightenment. Joy. Inner Peace. However you define it, this state is the goal of my spiritual practice. In his new book “Eufeeling! The Art of Creating Inner Peace and Outer Prosperity” Dr. Frank J. Kinslow gives tips on how to live out of this state, and how to create from it.

Kinslow defines enlightenment as “Eufeeling”. In the first part of the book he describes this peaceful place with a surprise for the reader, “This book will open your awareness to treasures within you, yearning to be discovered … You have everything you need with you, right now.” I liked Kinslow’s descriptions of the “Eufeeling” state, something not easy to define with conventional language, and his exercises on how we all can become more aware of Eufeeling within us.

“But I don’t always feel at peace!” you might think. I say that to myself, too. Is it possible to live from the Eufeeling state all the time? What must I do??!!

Kinslow has an answer to such concerns. “If Eufeeling is there with you right now and you are not aware of it, where should you go, and what should you do to find it? The incredibly simple answer is that there is nowhere to go and nothing to do except become aware of it,” he writes. “And how should you become aware of it? The answer is without trying and creating effort. This is the secret, the key to unlocking the amulet of suffering you have been carrying around your neck since you left your childhood behind. Stop trying.”

Once Kinslow establishes what Eufeeling is, and how to become aware of it within, he goes on to define QE – Quantum Entrainment. QE, Kinsolow says, “is the process that connects common consciousness with Eufeeling. QE awakens the unmanageable mind to the joy of orderly awareness.”

With QE principles defined, Kinslow goes on to describe in the latter chapters how the reader can create from this state – a process he calls “QE Intention”. He writes, “When you have QE Intention, you give the driver (Eufeeling) your destination and then sit back and enjoy the ride.”

As I was reading Eufeeling I got the sense that I’ve read about these processes before. Kinslow is talking about the same type of awareness and creation methods as Wayne Dyer did in “Wishes Fulfilled” or Joe Dispenza in “Breaking The Habit Of Being Yourself”. I found Dyer’s and Dispenza’s books easier to understand. That doesn’t mean Eufeeling is without value, though. Different writing styles appeal to different people, and Kinslow technical style may resonate more with the detail oriented reader.

I feel the message of Kinslow’s book is an important one. I know as I become more aware of the “EuFeeling” inside of me, a peaceful, joy oriented life is the result.

This is another book review in my partnership with Hay House. I was not financially compensated for this post. I received the book from Hay House for review purposes. The opinions are completely my own based on my experience.

There are some really great golden nuggets of wisdom in this book… but, like gold, you will have to sift through a lot (in this case words) to get to them. Once you filter through the codewords and mental runarounds you will find your hidden gold though. If you are into spirituality, meditation, Laws of Attraction, Science of Mind, etc. this book has some thoughts that will probably bring you to deeper understanding, and for that it is very much worth the effort. If you are a newbie to any of those though… I'd start with some of the more mainstream teachers and come back to this; the foundation of knowledge will help you to navigate the waters here a bit more.

That said, here are some nuggets for you:

He discusses how our emotions influence our thinking, which influences or actions, then explores the question, what "holds sway over our emotions?" Answer: Our inner security. He says:

"Whether we are aware of how secure we are or not it still holds sway over every thought, word, and action we perform…

...inner security is based on perception."

What a great concept to embrace to take back your personal power over your feelings of security. It is your PERCEPTION of your security that will influence your feelings, thoughts and ultimately actions. So how do you perceive the situation to get unwavering security? Through "Pure Awareness" - and pure awareness can help transform your life from the inside out.

----------------------

By tapping into that pure awareness we can get in touch with our higher self or Eufeeling. Dr. Kinslow defines Eufeeling as "a perception of wholeness, of the first glimmering of awareness of the mind… the lens through which pure awareness creates… Eufeeling and Self are synonymous." (See what I mean about codewords?)

"Eufeeling anchors your awareness at the deepest, most silent level of your mind, where thoughts are created… As soon as you are settled in the bliss of Eufeeling, you actually become witness to creation. As soon as you are comfortable with your role as witness, you will lean how to create from that most subtle and powerful level of life deep within the mind…
…all created forms emanate from Eufeeling, emanate from your vital essence, from you!"

A large part of this book is teaching you how to get to that Eufeeling. (So again, if you are a Laws of Attraction or Science of Mind person, you may want to check this book out.)

----------------------

"You may have been told that you are responsible for everything that is happening to you. You may believe that your suffering is indeed your fault. But I see this another way. Whether you suffer in this world depends entirely on your perspective. The problem here is that we think we can create a better life for ourselves. This is an illusion. This is the distorted reflection of the mind through ego, not the clear reflection of pure awareness through Eufeeling.
The reason we can't create a better life for ourselves is that it is already perfect. The problem is that we don't recognize that perfection…
…When we suffer, we are actually in a better position to see through the illusion of cause and effect. Someone who is suffering knows that what they are doing is not working. They are more likely to give up the idea that they are in control...
…Life is not about trying to see things in a positive light. Life is the positive light. Ultimately, life is about accepting what is exactly as it is…
…Life flows its own laws and invites us along for the ride…
… In actuality, life… is in control. When we harmonize with those forces, life becomes an effortless flow. When we fight them, living becomes a struggle… What life has in store for us is never what we think. Our thinking is rarely grand enough. Life has more to offer us that we can imagine. So, the best idea is to stop struggling with the idea that you know what is best for you and the rest of the world, and let life take the wheel."

Don't think there is no action to be taken in your life though! He point out later that:

"When individual awareness expands to universal awareness, individual action is guided by universal wisdom."

You are just getting in the flow, letting go of attachments and seeing the perfection of life. (At least that is what I am getting out of it right now.)

--------------------

So what about desires, huh?

"When we are aware of Eufeeling, we still have desires, but they cannot grab hold of us; they cannot constrict our minds with harmful emotions…
… [the process] breaks the desire-action-desire cycle, because it satisfies the primal desire to feel whole and beyond harm."

"It is awareness at the Pure Eufeeling level that makes you the creator of your life. Or more accurately, you become the primal witness beyond the will of ego. Here, you are simultaneously the creator, the creation, and the unbounded awareness within and beyond both."

"When experiencing Pure Eufeeling, you can do no harm. If you want something that is supported by the laws of nature, you will get it… If you want something that is not right for you, something greater will be offered in its place...
… prepare you to receive without resistance for what is offered."

As I mentioned, some really great thoughts here. Lots to learn here. The above are just a few of the powerful thoughts hidden in this book. As an aside, I would read it in conjunction with Deepak's "Seven Spiritual Laws of Success" I think the two compliment and add to one another nicely.
